Organizational Psychology

At the Department of Psychology at Seoul National University, organizational psychology research addresses fundamental psychological processes that impact individual and collective outcomes in the workplace, as well as the enhancement of well-being and productivity within organizations. uses We use research methods including experiments, field surveys, interviews, and text analysis, to illuminate these processes.
The active topics include, but are not limited to: demographic minorities' competitive dynamics in workplaces, minorities’ belonging frustration in workgroups, motivational factors in entrepreneurs' venture initiation, and job interviewee psychology.
